Performance

My background in performance is quite diverse. I have dabbled in stand-up comedy, musicals and drama, and I have performed in the Adelaide Fringe, the Nati Frinj and the Melbourne International Comedy Festival. I feel very privileged to have performed in Japan, New Zealand, Ireland and the UK. I have also presented at the Melbourne and Brisbane Writer’s Festivals.

I wrote and performed cabaret shows 'Pre-Coital', ‘Somnium and 'Dante's Laboratory', and directed 'Faraday's Candle'.

I have appeared on television on programs including 'Outrageous Acts of Science' (Discovery Channel) and was the science consultant for children’s television series ‘Wicked Science’ (Network Ten). For more than 10 years I performed with science-inspired rock band Ologism, and I a regular panellist on popular science radio program 'Einstein A Go' (3RRR).

I have performed in gardens, pubs, theatres, restaurants, schools, laneways, cathedrals, sports arenas, backs of trucks, sides of roads and on a radio telescope dish.
